Our Services

Environmental Testing for Every Property

Five accredited-method testing services, each available as initial testing or independent post-remediation clearance testing — for residential and commercial properties across the Valley.

Black mold growth spreading across an interior wall

Mold Inspection & Clearance Testing

Arizona's monsoon moisture and AC condensation create hidden mold conditions long before anyone sees a stain. We test air and surfaces, then independently verify remediation with clearance testing.

Asbestos Inspection & Clearance Testing

Popcorn ceilings, vinyl tile, and joint compound in Arizona homes built before 1980 may contain asbestos. We collect samples for accredited lab analysis before you renovate or demolish.

Indoor air quality monitor showing VOC and particulate readings on a shelf

VOC & Indoor Air Quality Testing

New construction, fresh cabinetry, flooring, and paint can off-gas VOCs and formaldehyde for months after move-in. We measure indoor air quality and help identify the source.

Radon Testing

Radon potential varies by EPA radon zone across Arizona, and it's invisible and odorless. We measure it directly with short- or long-term testing and retest after mitigation.

Lead Inspection & Clearance Testing

Homes built before 1978 may still have lead-based paint on trim, doors, and exterior surfaces. We test paint, dust, and soil, and independently verify clearance after abatement.

Need Post-Remediation Clearance Testing?

After mold remediation, asbestos abatement, or lead abatement, independent clearance testing confirms the work is complete before a space is reoccupied - performed by a tester who wasn't involved in the remediation.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Which environmental testing service do I need?
It depends on your concern - visible moisture or musty odor points to mold testing, pre-1980s renovation work points to asbestos testing, new-build or remodel odors point to VOC/air quality testing, and older homes may warrant radon or lead testing. Not sure? Select 'Not Sure / Need Help Choosing' on our quote form and we'll help.
Can I bundle more than one type of testing in a single visit?
In many cases, yes - our technicians can often combine sampling for multiple services in a single site visit. Tell us what you're concerned about on the quote form and we'll confirm what's possible for your property.
Do you test both residential and commercial properties?
Yes. All five services are available for homes, commercial buildings, and properties managed by property management, restoration, remodeling, or demolition companies.
Is clearance testing available for every service?
Mold, asbestos, and lead each have a distinct clearance-testing option. Radon and VOC/indoor air quality use a post-mitigation retest instead, framed the same way but requested through the standard service option.
How quickly will I get my results?
Turnaround depends on the service and the accredited laboratory processing your samples. We'll give you an expected timeline when we confirm your appointment.
