After remediation or abatement work is complete, independent clearance testing gives buyers, sellers, property managers and contractors documented, sample-based confirmation before a space is closed up or reoccupied.
Clearance testing is an independent, third-party check performed after a remediation or abatement contractor finishes their work. Rather than relying on a visual sign-off alone, we collect new samples - air, surface, or dust-wipe depending on the service - and submit them to an accredited laboratory to confirm the space meets an acceptable level before it's reoccupied.
A remediation or abatement contractor confirming their own work is complete is not the same as an independent verification. We are not affiliated with any remediation, abatement, or restoration company - our clearance results are ours alone, documented and lab-analyzed.

After a remediation contractor completes mold removal, we return as an independent third party to perform post-remediation clearance testing - a visual assessment plus new air sampling - to confirm indoor spore levels have returned to a range consistent with the outdoor control before the containment is removed or the area is reoccupied.

Once an abatement contractor completes removal, we perform independent post-abatement air clearance testing inside the former containment area, with fiber counts analyzed against the applicable clearance criteria before the containment is taken down and the space reoccupied.

Following abatement or renovation work, we perform independent post-abatement dust-wipe clearance sampling, with results analyzed by a laboratory against applicable clearance levels before the space is reoccupied.

After a radon mitigation system is installed, we perform an independent post-mitigation retest using the same measurement approach to confirm the system is functioning and that radon levels have been reduced.

After off-gassing sources are removed or replaced, or ventilation is corrected, we perform a post-mitigation retest of TVOC, formaldehyde, and related indoor air parameters to confirm levels have declined to a range consistent with normal occupancy.
